Booking Policy
- Standard bookings : A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required to confirm the booking.
- Holiday seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter): A 50% deposit is required.
- Remaining payment : Must be paid two days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.
Credit Card Payments
If you wish to pay by card, you will need to sign an authorization letter. The signature must match the one on your passport and credit card.

- More than 61 days before arrival: 15% of the total held.
- From 60 to 31 days prior: 35% of the total withheld.
- 30 to 15 days prior: 50% of the total withheld.
- From 14 to 1 day prior: 100% of the total amount retained.
- Note : All refunds are subject to airline fees and a 5% bank fee.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. No refunds will be given for no-shows. All refunds are subject to a 5% bank fee.
Force Majeure
In the event of government restrictions or airline travel bans, Pyradise Tours will offer a full refund or credit for future bookings. Only airline penalties and bank fees will apply.

Photos or videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. We appreciate your cooperation in sharing the spirit of adventure.
