Day 2: Pyramids of Giza, Grand Egyptian Museum and Khan El Khalili

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel before meeting your private guide for an exciting exploration of Cairo’s most iconic landmarks.

Your first stop will be the Pyramids of Giza, where you will marvel at the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the Pyramid of Khafre and the Pyramid of Menkaure: true examples of the genius and grandeur of Ancient Egyptian engineering.

A short distance away, you will visit the Sphinx, the legendary limestone statue with the body of a lion and the head of a pharaoh, as well as the Valley Temple, where the mummification of Pharaoh Khafre took place.

Next, enjoy a traditional Egyptian lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Grand Egyptian Museum, a modern architectural gem that houses an unparalleled collection of antiquities, including the treasures of Tutankhamun.

End your day at the Khan El Khalili bazaar, one of the oldest markets in the world, where you can explore its colorful stalls full of handicrafts, spices and souvenirs.

Day 3: Tour of Aswan

Transfer to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will begin your tour of this charming city on the Nile. Visit the impressive Aswan High Dam, a masterpiece of modern engineering that controls the flow of the Nile and provides hydroelectric power to Egypt.

Continue on to the Unfinished Obelisk, a huge, partially carved obelisk that reveals interesting details about ancient stone-cutting techniques.

After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, explore the magnificent Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis and relocated to the island of Agilkia to protect it from flooding. Afterward, embark on your luxurious Nile cruise, where you can relax and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Day 4: Temples of Kom Ombo and Edfu

Towards Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, you will visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, a unique double temple dedicated to the falcon god Horus and the crocodile god Sobek.

Continue sailing to Edfu, where you’ll explore the Temple of Edfu, one of Egypt’s best-preserved ancient temples, dedicated to the god Horus. In the evening, enjoy a lively Galabeya party on board, where you can immerse yourself in traditional Egyptian music and culture.

Day 5: Exploring Luxor’s West Bank

Embark in Luxor and prepare to explore the legendary West Bank. Begin in the Valley of the Kings, the ancient burial ground of Egypt’s pharaohs, where you’ll have the opportunity to visit several ornate tombs, including that of Tutankhamun.

Next, visit the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut, a spectacular mortuary temple dedicated to Egypt’s most successful female pharaoh.

Conclude your West Bank tour with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon, two colossal statues that once guarded the entrance to the temple of Amenhotep III. Return to hotel for lunch and enjoy the evening onboard entertainment.

Day 6: Luxor’s East Bank and return to Cairo

Explore the impressive temples of Luxor’s East Bank. Visit the sprawling Karnak Temple, a vast complex featuring majestic columns, obelisks, and sacred lakes, built and expanded by several generations of pharaohs. Then, continue to the elegant Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III and later enlarged by Ramses II.

After the tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before catching your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after an unforgettable day.

Day 7: Final departure
